Before the pandemic, SIM presented Long Service Awards to staff during the annual Dinner and Dance. After a year-long hiatus, the awards ceremony was renamed SIM Staff Awards and conducted during a virtual staff event.
In place of the actual in-person awards presentation, this video was made, featuring in-person interviews with selected staff.
